remember to make home made chicken stock. so simple. so yummy.
All you need is a saucepan, leftover roast chicken bones (not the ones you have chewed on!) and whatever herbs you want to add.
I just removed the stuffing add the chicken to a saucepan, add an onion, bay leaf, carrot and celery then cover with water and simmer for a couple of hours or less if you don’t have time. Then strain and you have stock. The BEST stock.
