I wish I’d put this one in my blog earlier. I feel like having it tonight so I visited my blog and I didn’t put it in. oh no!!!!!!!

1/2 small can Coconut cream
2 Cloves Garlic
20 grams Ginger
Fresh red Chillis or Chilli Flakes
40 Fennel Seeds
40 Coriander Seeds
40 Mustard Seeds
30 Cumin Seeds
40 Cardomon Seeds
2 Teaspoon Turmeric
Dry roast in a Fry pan on moderate heat all, Fennel, Coriander, Cardomon, Cumin and Mustard Seeds, until fragrant.
Grind Seeds in a mortar and pestle, add Garlic, Chilli and Ginger to make a paste.
Thinly slice Onions and fry until soft.
Stir paste into Onions with Turmeric.
Add extra Oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Dice tomatoes, add to pan and cook to release their liquid.
Add diced vegetables , cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cashews and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Stir in Coconut Cream
