This rough and ready recipe came from my week of cleaning out the cupboard.
Leggo’s Lasagne – Tomato and Herb Sauce
White Cheese Sauce – Flour, butter, milk and tasty cheese
Fry up mince, add bacon, and spring onions when cooked add Leggo’s sauce
Layer pasta sheets, and mince alternately.
Top with white sauce.
Baked until lasagne sheets are soft.
