As I mentioned in my last post; I’ve had a cold for the past few days, nothing serious but enough to be slightly out of action. I don’t believe cold and flu tablets help at all, all they do is mask the symptoms and prevent your body getting rid of whatever is causing the sickness. I prefer to give my body food and supplements to help it heal itself.
This is my usual routine at the first sign of a cold:
Aromatherapy in the shower: get an old rag, put a few drops of essential oil and put in the bottom of your shower.
Apple cidar vinegar (organic) the one with the fermentation residues still there. a put a good slug in some apple juice. kinda tastes like old socks but it’s good for you.
Vitamin C and Garlic capsules.
Eat as much natural vitamin c, garlic and chili as possible. more recipes coming soon.
I really believe this works.
does anyone have any other remedies they would like to share?
