1 leftover roast lamb cooked with garlic and rosemary1 onion
350-400 ml of beef stock
35gms of tomato paste
tbsp worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
dice up onion and carrots in thermomix. add oil
saute for 3-4 minutes
Mince roast in thermomix until desired consistency
Add all ingredients to pie dish
add stock, flour, gravox, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the thermomix. cook at 100deg until it’s the desired consistency. Add gravy to meat mixture.
Top with mashed potato and top with grated cheese. bake until cheese has melted and it’s heated through.
